Brock Lesnar says his championships and awards do not matter to him. He says his children are his true legacy as he heads to WrestleMania 42.
Lesnar’s message
Brock Lesnar told the “Spittin’ Chiclets” podcast that trophies and titles mean little compared with his family. He said, “For me, none of my championships or none of my accolades, they all mean nothing, boys. It means nothing to me. My kids are my legacy.”
Lesnar added that he takes pride when other parents tell him his children are respectful. “When parents come to me and say, ‘Man, your boys are really respectful,’ that pumps my tires, you know?”
Family and athletic children
Lesnar is a father of four. His daughter Mya competed for Colorado State University on the track and field team as a shot putter. She became the first CSU thrower to win both indoor and outdoor national titles in her event. The Mountain West Conference named her Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Year.
Mya has a twin brother named Luke. Lesnar’s other sons, Turk and Duke, are rising ice hockey players. Lesnar said his children and how they grow up matter more to him than any belt or trophy.
