WWE legend Kevin Nash says the Bloodline storyline has gone on too long. He thinks it is time for a new direction and does not see the Usos tied to Roman Reigns forever.
Nash’s take on the Bloodline
On his Kliq This podcast, Nash called the Bloodline “played out.” He compared it to the many later versions of the nWo, saying the idea has been repeated too much.
Nash said the group should not keep tying the Usos to Reigns because Reigns has said he is working part time to focus on family. Nash added that the business now pays well enough that stars can step back and still be secure.

Recent Raw events
The Bloodline returned to the spotlight in March after comments from CM Punk about Roman Reigns’ father. On the March 23 edition of Raw, Reigns and the Usos attacked Punk in response to those remarks.
One week later, on the March 30 Raw, Reigns and Punk met in the ring again. This time, Reigns did not have the Usos at his side. Punk got the better of Reigns in that encounter.
Where things stand and what’s next
Reigns will get a chance to win CM Punk’s WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 42. The Usos do not yet have a spot on the WrestleMania card. They recently lost the tag team titles to The Vision.
Nash said it makes little sense to keep anchoring the Usos to Reigns if Reigns is not always fully active. He believes the family angle should be used more sparingly so it does not lose heat with fans.
Key recent results
Below are the most relevant results from the recent storyline:
| Fighter | Recent Result |
|---|---|
| Roman Reigns | Lost to CM Punk on March 30 Raw (no Usos at ringside) |
| CM Punk | Defeated Roman Reigns on March 30 Raw |
| Jimmy & Jey Uso | Attacked CM Punk on March 23 Raw; recently lost tag titles to The Vision |
Nash’s comments add pressure on WWE creative to move the Bloodline story into a new phase. Fans will watch closely to see whether the Usos stay closely linked to Reigns or branch out on their own before WrestleMania 42.
